Hannah Jennings has a decade of experience in operations. In this time, she has managed an international portfolio of learning programs specializing in service operations and created and shaped new roles and offerings that became integral to the management of her company and clients. Her contributions lead to the McKinsey Capability Center in Atlanta becoming the most profitable McKinsey Capability Center in the world. She lived in China for two years and speaks Mandarin. In her spare time, she paints and studies art history.
