Andrea Hartung is an environmental law attorney with litigation and regulatory experience. She is committed to resolving complex environmental issues at all stages from pre-litigation through appellate practice.
Prior to joining KMCL, Andrea served over four years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental and Natural Resources Section of the State of Georgia’s Office of the Attorney General. There, she defended state agency clients, including the Environmental Protection Division, Department of Natural Resources, Coastal Resources Division, and the Department of Agriculture, in both administrative and state courts. She litigated and advised on various environmental issues, including land, air, and water permits, coastal marshlands ownership, dam safety, and natural resource damage assessments.
