Evan Ward

Evan Ward concentrates his practice on environmental litigation and regulatory counseling, representing industrial and commercial clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies. Evan advises clients on permit requirements under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, represents clients challenging federal and state permitting decisions, and counsels companies undertaking environmental remediation projects. His practice also includes regulatory takings litigation, where he advocates for property owners facing government restrictions.

Evan also has substantial appellate litigation experience, grounded in his clerkship for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
