KMCL Attorneys to Speak at ICLE Environmental Law Summer Seminar

KMCL attorneys Skip Kazmarek, David Meezan, Kimberley Hale, and Max Zygmont will speak at this year’s Evironmental Law Summer Seminar (Amelia Island, July 26-27, 2013) sponsored by Georgia ICLE and the Environmental Section of the State Bar of Georgia.  Skip will speak on civil procedure topics particularly relevant to environmental law, David will focus on legal ethics, Kimberley will discuss EPA’s new vapor intrusion guidance, and Max will present on Clean Air Act litigation developments.
