Max Zygmont to Speak at the CHWMEG Fall Meeting in New Orleans on Thursday, November 15
Max will present “How Superfund Continues to Cook Generators” and will focus on common but often poorly understood areas of lurking Superfund liability. Max regularly practices in this area, and the presentation will draw from his experience, as well as recent legal developments. Specific areas of focus will include understanding and managing the impact of PRP bankruptcies on other PRPs and potential liability associated with the sales or transfers of useful byproducts.
