Andrew Haygood

During law school, Andrew worked as a student attorney in University of Georgia Law’s Land Conservation Clinic. Andrew also worked as a student attorney in University of Georgia Law’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, which gave him the opportunity to argue before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a member of the University of Georgia Law Review, Andrew worked as an Executive Online Editor and drafted a student note proposing amendments to the Georgia Environmental Policy Act. As a member of the University of Georgia Moot Court Team, Andrew served as the Executive Co-Chair and participated in the National Environmental Moot Court Competition, finishing as a semi-finalist during his second year and coaching a team which finished as finalists during his third year. Andrew spent his summers working for a New York-based law firm’s South Carolina and Georgia offices, where he gained valuable experience in employment litigation.
